FACTS Tuition Payment Program and FACTS Grant and Aid Program
2017-2018 School Year

FACTS Tuition Payment Program
All families must be registered in the FACTS Tuition and Financial Aid online system to facilitate the management of their student’s information, tuition charges, and payments. For the upcoming school year (2017-2018), we will be adding the Incidental Billing feature into the FACTS Tuition Payment Program. This means that all fees (sports, field trips, fund raising, registration, etc…) will be recorded in FACTS. Parents will be able to view all of their financial activity in FACTS. The payment of the registration fee will still be completed by check or money order and submitted to the school directly; we will then enter that paid fee in FACTS.

FACTS enrollment fees have been slightly increased for all families to facilitate this streamlining of charges and payments into one system. Benefits of this new service are that families will be able to pay all fees and charges electronically and payments will be updated instantly.

Returning Families
Returning families’ FACTS tuition accounts will be automatically rolled over to the 2017-2018 FACTS Tuition Payment Program. Your account will be charged for 2017-2018 and your agreement finalized. If you need to change your agreement, you can do so by contacting the school business office. For instance, you may want to change from a one-payment plan to a ten-payment plan.

New Families
New families may follow the link here https://online.factsmgt.com/signin/4K0XX or on the front page of the school website to set up their family FACTS Tuition Account and Payment Plan. Once the payment plan is set up, charges can be made and the tuition agreement can be finalized.

Incidental Billing
After your tuition agreement is finalized (this is for all families), then we will separately charge the incidental billing items. Your registration and assessment (if applicable) fees will be charged, as well as fundraising and 8th grade promotion. Any amounts that your family paid at the time of registration will be credited manually by the school business office. Payments that you make electronically on your own at a later date in the FACTS system will be credited immediately.

FACTS Grant and Aid Program

All applications for school-based financial aid and Bishops Scholars Fund must be made through the FACTS Grant and Aid Program. Follow the link here https://online.factsmgt.com/signin/4K0XX or on the front page of the school website. The deadline is March 1 for returning families and March 15 for new families. The deadline for the separate diocesan Bishop Scholars Fund remains April 15.

School-based financial awards are anticipated to be announced for returning families by March 31.
